Data Deletion

Request removal of your PostAcross account, workspace, social connection, publishing, or reply data. You can make a request even if you cannot sign in.

Request deletion

The support contact for this installation has not been configured yet.

Send the request from your sign-in email if you still have access to it. Include your workspace name, the username of any affected Instagram, Threads, or other connected account, and whether you want to remove a specific connection, your personal account, or an entire workspace. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents.

If you have lost access to your sign-in email, explain that in your request. We will arrange another way to verify your authority before removing data. You do not need to reconnect a social account to ask for deletion.

What happens next

Support reviews the request, verifies your identity and permission to remove shared workspace data, and confirms the scope with you. We then stop the affected scheduled publishing and reply automations and remove the applicable credentials, content, media, and associated records from the services that hold them. Removing your personal account does not authorize removal of another person’s workspace.

We confirm completion by email. Acknowledging a request does not mean deletion is complete. Reply to the same email thread to check progress. If some records must be retained for billing, legal, fraud prevention, or security reasons, we explain the exception. Encrypted recovery copies are handled separately; we identify remaining backup retention and prevent deleted data from being reactivated after a restore.

Disconnect a social account

Sign in to manage your connected accounts. Disconnecting Instagram in reply settings removes its stored connection and associated campaigns. A connection disconnection is different from deleting your entire account or all publishing history. Use the email process above for a broader deletion request, or if disconnection fails.

You may also revoke PostAcross’s access in the relevant social platform’s app settings. Revoking access does not itself confirm removal of data already stored by PostAcross or posts already published on that platform.
