Terms of Service
These terms define acceptable use for PostAcross’s hosted social publishing and reply automation service.
Authorized Use
You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the posts, schedules, media, campaigns, keywords, links, and messages you configure.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. PostAcross may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Availability
PostAcross depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, database, and queue providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Open-Source Core
PostAcross includes modules with separate licenses. The OpenReply-derived control plane uses the MIT license; the Postiz-derived publisher uses AGPL-3.0, including its source-availability obligations for network use. Hosted service fees do not change those licenses or your rights under them.
