PostAcross brings scheduled social publishing and Instagram reply automation into one workspace.
Data We Collect
We collect account email addresses for authentication, workspace and billing metadata, connected social account identifiers and authorization credentials, post drafts and schedules, uploaded media, publishing analytics, campaign settings, webhook payloads, comments needed to process campaigns, delivery logs, and operational diagnostics.
How We Use Data
We use this data to authenticate users, manage workspace access, connect integrations, schedule and publish authorized posts, report performance, match comment keywords, send configured Instagram replies through official APIs, prevent duplicate sends, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.
Instagram And Meta Data
PostAcross connects to Instagram and Threads through Meta’s authorization flow and official APIs. We do not ask for your social account password. Credentials are used for the permissions you grant. Instagram credentials connected through PostAcross’s reply settings are encrypted at rest.
Subprocessors
The production service may use hosting, database, Redis queue, email, and observability services, including Railway, Cloudflare, Resend, and Vercel Analytics. Connected social platforms process authorized posts and replies. These services process data as needed to provide the relevant features and operate the service.
Retention And Deletion
Customers can disconnect social accounts and request removal of account, workspace, publishing, reply, and diagnostic data. Follow our data-deletion instructions for the contact route, identity verification, progress updates, and information about retention exceptions and recovery copies.
